The architecture of this period harnesses the ocean breeze that blows through the home. The house has two massive wrap-around porches that follow the entire footprint of the home. These design features maximize the use of natural airflow, which keeps the cottage fresh in the warmer months. Each room has been masterfully restored and updated with modern heating and cooling. The wood floors, paneled walls, and staircases have been restored to their original beauty. The home has seven bedrooms that share four and a half bathrooms and with over 3,200 square feet of living space, not counting the porches, everyone will have plenty of space to enjoy.
The unique construction of the home consists of two 2-story structures that are connected by wrap-around covered porches on both levels.
