Vintage Pearl is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom private home with a spectacular rooftop sitting area with a hot tub and panoramic views of the bay and North beach. This home is located in a tranquil and private community located on the North end of Tybee. It has easy access, only 250 feet away, to the nearest beach access. Each room in the house features beautiful beadboard walls, pine floors, and ceiling fans. The main living room is located on the second floor is very open and inviting and features a great sitting area with a big flat-screen TV and sleeper sofa, decorative fireplace, a kitchen/dining area that has combined seating for 10, a wet bar, a full guest bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with island. There is a great covered porch on this level that has an amazing hanging bed from where you can enjoy relaxing in the amazing Tybee breezes. This porch also offers table seating for 6.


Walk up the unique wide spiral staircase inspired by our own Tybee Lighthouse to go to the third floor of the home. On the third floor is the master bedroom features a King bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bath. The first guest bedroom features a King bed and TV. The second and third guest bedrooms both feature a Queen bed and TV, and the fourth guest bedroom features 2 Twin beds. There is an additional full guest bathroom on this floor.


On the rooftop level, you will find a cozy study area where you can enjoy the beautiful weather or curl up on the comfy couch with a great book. This home's rooftop deck is truly unique and offers a panoramic view and seating along with a private hot tub. Looking out from the rooftop area will make you feel like you have your own private view.
