With its abundance of living space both inside and outside, Tybee Tonic is the ideal vacation home for family and friends. Comfortably furnished throughout with antique accents and modern touches, this home is sure to please.
Unwind from a day of soaking in Tybee’s beautiful rays in one of the home’s many sitting areas. Relax in the main living room or the den, both of which are furnished with plush sofas and large flat screened TVs. For extra sleeping space, the den is equipped with a full-size sleeper sofa. Tybee Tonic’s open floor plan effortlessly flows from the living room to the dining area with a large table that will seat 8, to the beautifully renovated kitchen large enough for cooks to share. Downstairs you will also find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom furnished with 2 double beds.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a large king bed, TV and direct access to the furnished screened porch. The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a private bathroom. The third upstairs bedroom is perfect for the kids with a twin bunk bed and down the hall, you will find a second full bathroom. The home includes a washer and dryer and complimentary high-speed WIFI.
The true treasures of this home are the outdoor spaces. Two furnished screened porches flank the home and are highlighted by towering oak trees and precise landscaping. Cool off by taking a dip in Tybee Tonic’s private pool or rinse off the sand from a day at the beach in one of the 2 outdoor showers.
