The condo offers gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean and a private covered deck with direct access to the beach - no need to walk around building as you can step right down the stairs out onto the sand!

The living area offers a 42in flat-screen TV and great views of the ocean from the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a pass-through to the dining area that has table seating for 6. Full-size washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. The main areas of the condo have laminate wood flooring. The Master bedroom offers a king-size bed, amazing ocean views from the picture window, attached master bathroom, and a TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed and a TV. There is an additional full bath in the hall.

Tybee Lights is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Memorial Park, the Library, and the YMCA. Enjoy the nice comfortable furnishings in this condo and the convenience of its wonderful location. Assigned parking for 1 vehicle plus there are first come first serve unassigned visitor parking spots. Wireless Internet is available for guest use. This condo is pet-friendly for an additional fee.
