The attached large master bathroom has both a glass surrounded walk-in shower and a large soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The first guest bedroom has a Queen Size bed, and a TV, and the second guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, and also has a TV. The two guest bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom, with a walk-in shower.

This condo is located on the third floor within the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access. The building has elevator access. Perfect for families, this condo sleeps up to 8. Wifi is available. There is unreserved parking for 2 cars. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.<br /><br />
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.<br />

Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
