There is also a dining table that will seat 2 and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances along with a stacked washer and dryer.

The master bedroom offers a King size bed, flat-screen TV and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and offers access to the second full bath with tub/shower combo which is also accessible from the hall. WIFI Internet is available.

This condo is located on the second floor of the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access and a local favorite restaurant, home to Tybee's only oceanfront dining. The building includes elevator access. This condo is pet-friendly, for an additional fee.

You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the Library, and local YMCA.

Pool heat is available in one of the three pools during the months of October-March only and cannot be guaranteed.

Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
