Witness the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean each morning from your private balcony. Tybee Beach Club 112 is a first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with access to 3 swimming pools, and an onsite restaurant. This nicely furnished condo offers an open living room area, a dining table that will seat 4 and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The kitchen offers granite counters, stainless appliances along with a stackable washer and dryer. The living room sofa offers a queen sleeper as an additional sleeping option. The balcony is located off the living room and offers views of the courtyard, community pools, and partial view of the ocean. Direct beach access is located just steps away!

The master bedroom offers a King size bed, Smart TV, and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, TV, and offers access to the second full bath with tub/shower combo which is also accessible from the hall. WIFI Internet is available.

Guests can enjoy the location, right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the Library, and local YMCA. This condo is located on the first floor of the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and a local favorite restaurant The Deck offering a unique twist on coastal cuisine. The building has elevator access at the main entrance.

Wireless internet is available at the property. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

POOLS: Pools open. Occupancy and hour restrictions. Guests will need to sign a pool waiver upon entering.
(Subject to change based on HOA Guidelines). Pool heat is available between the months of October-March in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
