Guests will also enjoy being within such a close walking distance to a Convenience Store as well as popular local restaurants Sundae Cafe and The Deck which is directly oceanfront.
This home features all new updates throughout the home. Whether you're cooking a large family feast or a quick snack for the beach, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for all cooking levels. The open concept kitchen and dining areas are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with an abundance of cooking utensils for those who love to cook, to make you feel right at home. The all-new kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a farm-style dining table to seat 6 comfortably. There are also a gas grill, corn-hole boards, and Giant Jenga for hours of outdoor fun. The backyard is fully fenced in for added security.
The home has ample parking for 4 cars and in-home WIFI. The home is located on beautiful 2nd Avenue, which is Tybee Island's Bike path, so be sure to bring your own bicycles, or plan on renting them while visiting - This is the best way to see all of Tybee! This home is not pet-friendly.
