Relax under the Palms! Three Palms is a large vacation home ready to make your Tybee dreams come true! Located in Tybee's Shipwatch Dunes on quiet North Beach. This 4 bedroom, 3 Baths home features 2 Master suites with private decks, which both offer a partial view of the Savannah River. Enjoy tranquil views of the water, blissful Tybee breezes and amazing sunsets.

This open and spacious home features high ceilings that let in tons of natural light. The main living level is located on the second floor of the home. Enter the home from the front deck, and walk into the open, spacious living room. The bright living area has a sleeper sofa and comfortable furnishings. The living room features a decorative fireplace with a large flat-screen TV mounted above. The dining area, just off the living room is open to the kitchen and living areas and has seating for up to 6 people and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready to take on family meals in a flash. The laundry area is just off the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer. Just outside the living room enjoy coastal breezes on the screened porch that has outdoor seating and a partial view of the Savannah River.

There are 2 Master suites located upstairs, on the third floor of Three Palms. The first Master bedroom has a King size bed and a Flat Screen TV. Step out onto the attached sun deck and enjoy a partial view of the bay from the comfort of the deck. The second Master bedroom, also on the third level has a Queen size bed and a twin bed, perfect for families. The attached master bathroom has a walk-in shower. This bedroom has access to another sundeck with partial views of the bay and lounge chairs for soaking in the sunshine.

The main level of the home has 2 guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed with a TV, and the second bedroom, perfect for kids, features a Twin bed and Twin bunk beds, with a hideaway trundle bed, which allows for sleeping for 4 in this room. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Enjoy games and outdoor recreation on the ground floor of the home. The outdoor patio has a gas grill, a built-in fire pit, and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold running water to rinse off after a day at the beach. The garage area is perfect for entertaining. The area is great for entertaining your group, complete with a ping-pong table. There is a convenient wet bar with a sink and a full-size fridge, for keeping your beverages right at hand., and there is a convenient half bathroom downstairs too!

The North end beach of Tybee Island is quiet and family-friendly and is on the Bay (not oceanfront) where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. Please note: This home is located about 1/2 of a block from beach access, which is at the intersection of Shipwatch Lane and Polk Street. The beach access is a soft sand path.

WiFi is included in this home. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles.
