This condo is located on the third floor of The Vue building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, and two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and an onsite restaurant, the Deck. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will welcome guests with plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the pools and manicured garden area, the onsite restaurant and bar, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your private balcony!

The open plan living and dining area is comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 4 at the table, and the adjoining breakfast bar has seating for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher to make preparing meals at home a breeze. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use.

The master bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and there is an additional bathroom with a tub and shower combination in the hall.

Wireless internet is available at the property. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

POOLS: Pools are open. Occupancy and hour restrictions are in place. Guests will need to make a reservation each morning for time slot.
(Subject to change based on HOA Guidelines). Pool heat is available between the months of October-March in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
