In true beach cottage fashion, the main level living space is on the second floor of the home. The ground level of the home is perfect for outdoor entertaining with a covered seating area perfect for outdoor games, corn hole, and activities. There is also a screened porch that overlooks the backyard and is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon tea, or evening wine. This home is pet-friendly and offers a fully fenced backyard.

Inside, guests are greeted with a newly updated kitchen and dining area. The large farm style dining table offers seating for 8. The living room is comfortably furnished with a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The living room has a 42 inch Smart TV with cable and Roku. The Master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms are tastefully appointed, with a Double bed and TV in one room, and 2 twin bunk beds, for a total of 4 persons in the second guest bedroom. There is also an additional full bathroom. A laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer is also conveniently located in the hallway.

Tybee's Central Island neighborhood is an eclectic mix of homes, both old and new construction. The streets are quiet and welcoming for guests looking for a home away from home. The Flying Pigs Cottage is located just one block away from 2nd Avenue, which is Tybee's designated safe street for bicyclists.
