The home is located on a quiet street, on the North End of Tybee Island. The garden stairway leads from the driveway to the front entrance of the home. Guests are greeted by a grand multi-level front porch that leads into the foyer with high ceilings and natural light from the vaulted ceilings and tall windows. The parlor is a great room to gather with friends. The oversized chairs create a casual ambiance that invites you to relax and unwind and appreciate the attention to details in the space. Enjoy music throughout the home with the whole-home sound system. Control the sound from every room with the built-in wall controls.
Just past the formal living room is the dining room. Enjoy family meals and entertaining in this lavish space that seats up to 10 people. What better way to entertain, than to enjoy a gourmet meal, prepared in the spectacular gourmet kitchen which features a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer; dual commercial-quality ovens and a six-burner gas range with a pot filler faucet. The gourmet kitchen center-island is like having a second kitchen in the middle of your kitchen. There is a third area designed to be a specialty drink bar, complete with a sink.
