Sunny Daze is a charming and affordable single-family vacation cottage originally built in 1950. Sunny Daze is located on a large corner lot in quiet Back River neighborhood - just about 1/2 mile, 9-minute walk to to the main beach, shops, and restaurants.

This two-bedroom, ground-level home offers spacious and comfortable accommodations. This property is pet-friendly and has a large yard for your pets. The two bedrooms share a bathroom that is accessed in the hallway. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds.

The nicely updated interior includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. There is an additional sun porch, next to the living room, great for relaxing or curling up with a good book after a sunny day at the beach. A new addition to this property is a new enclosed porch which makes a great additional space for guests to enjoy the cool Tybee nights.

Outside amenities include a stone paver landscaped backyard. There is an outdoor fire pit, as well as a gas grill. The full-size washer and dryer are located in the detached garage.

This cottage is pet-friendly, with an additional fee, and includes complimentary WIFI (wireless internet) for guest use. Parking for 3. A great option for kayakers as there is room to park the trailer and you are only a few short blocks away from the best kayak launch on the island!
