Located only 1.5 blocks away from Tybee's downtown district with shops, restaurants, and nightlife! This is a perfect place to enjoy Tybee's parades and festivals, without being directly in the festival zone.

The home is situated on beautiful 2nd Avenue, which is Tybee Island's bike path, so be sure to bring your own bicycles, or plan on renting them while visiting - this is the best way to see all of Tybee! The large yard is fully fenced in, with mature trees to provide shade and privacy to guests of the Sunburst Cottage. Your four-legged family members will love the cottage and the surrounding fenced yard as well. Enjoy outdoor fun and games with Horseshoes, Badminton and Lawn Darts... all available for guest's use.

The cottage includes a comfortable living area with a full-size sleeper sofa and a Smart-TV. The apartment size kitchen is perfect for a short stay and includes all the proper appliances to enjoy light fare and meals on the go. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a small furnished deck on the back of the cottage. Enjoy the Tybee breezes on the back deck, which is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, or an evening cocktail. There is a fire pit in the backyard to enjoy the cool Tybee nights.
