South Beach Ocean 4

South Beach Ocean 4 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the south end of Tybee just steps from the beach. Great location for a vacation since many restaurants, shops, the Tybee Pier and Marine Science Center are within 1-2 block radius. Beach access is located at this block! There is a side ocean view from the private covered balcony which is furnished with a table that seats 4 and 2 bar height chairs so you can enjoy the view.


The living room has a 32 inch Flat Screen TV, DVD, and is comfortably furnished and includes a Queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking during your stay. The dining area adjoins the kitchen with seating for up to 6 at the table and another 3 at the breakfast bar. The Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, 32-inch Flat Screen TV, and the room has a private adjoining bath. The Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and 32" Flat Screen TV. There is an additional full bath in the hall along with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.


Covered parking is located on the ground level. This condo is Unit #4 which is located on the second floor, on the far right of the building. This condo is pet-friendly for dogs weighing less than 30 lbs, with an additional fee. There is High-Speed Internet / WIFI in the condo.


NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking spaces - especially during peak/ high seasons.
