This condo features all new furnishings and has all modern amenities and is a great vacation option for couples getaways and small families.<br /><br /> The living area includes a Queen sleeper sofa and a 32inch flat-screen TV, DVD, iPod Dock with CD Player and access to the furnished private balcony. The kitchen has granite countertops and all stainless appliances. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, an attached private bath, and access to the balcony. The guest room has a queen-size bed and an attached bath. There is a stacked washer and dryer and WIFI for your convenience.<br /><br /> Silver Shores #4 is a corner unit located on the lower level. Reserved parking for 2 cars (over-sized SUVs and trucks may not fit in the garage). Handicap friendly (elevator in the building - not ADA compliant).
