The living room is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa and a 46in flat-screen TV/DVD. There is also a large deck off the main level with views of the water and outdoor seating and dining space.

The 2nd level features bamboo floors with a King guest bedroom with a private full bath, views of the water from your bed, and access to a shared balcony. The master bedroom is also located on the 2nd level and features a King bed, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, balcony access, and a spectacular master bath with Travertine tile and glass tile accents, his and her sinks, granite counter-tops, large Whirlpool soaking tub, and a large luxurious walk-in shower with bench seating, multiple shower heads, body sprays, and steam jets. The king and queen guest bedroom also feature flat-screen TVs and DVDs. There is also an additional guest bedroom, great for kids, located on the 3rd level of the home (accessed by a staircase located in the master bedroom, no bathroom). This bedroom is carpeted and furnished with a Queen bed, 2 Twins, and has access to the private roof deck with great views!

The property offers Cable internet with WIFI, TV`s in all bedrooms, Home Theater with AM/FM/CD Capability, Gas Grill, Fireplace, an Outdoor Shower to rinse off the sand after a trip to the beach, and room for a total of 4 vehicles, with 3 covered parking spaces. The North end beach of Tybee Island is quiet and family-friendly and is on the Bay (not oceanfront) where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. Please note: This home is located 1 short block from beach access, which is at the intersection of Shipwatch Lane and Polk Street.
