Stay in the heart of the south end district and you will be within a short walk to dining, shopping, the beach, Tybee Pier, and much more. This condo is located in a small condo building with only 6 units and just 5 buildings back from the beach; only 350 feet and you will be hitting the beach. Guests will also enjoy being less than a block from popular restaurants StingRay’s Seafood and the Tybee Island Social Club, as well as picking up bike rentals at Fat Tire Bikes.
The condo has a furnished private balcony where guest can enjoy views of the ocean and salty breezes. The open floor plan of the living, dining, and kitchen areas is great for entertaining. The living room has a TV and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The dining area has table seating for 4 and there are 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and there is also laundry in the condo.
The Master bedroom features a King bed, TV and an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. The first guest room is furnished with a Queen bed and a TV and the second guest bedroom has a Queen Bed. There is an additional full bathroom located in the hallway. Extra amenities include a washer/dryer in unit, central air/heat, WIFI, elevator in building.
This condo offers 2 covered parking spaces, end to end. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant).
This condo is pet-friendly for one small dog with an additional fee.
