Seaside Shenanigans is a two-bedroom, two-bath beach house that is a perfect spot for all your beach antics. The beach access is located just 4 houses away. The home offers a great outdoor space with a firepit and a roomy and comfortable living space in a seaside home-away-from-home.

The home has a ground floor entryway that leads to the stairway to the second floor. Once upstairs, the living areas are spacious with plenty of room for guests to relax after spending the day on Tybee. The living area is bright with lots of windows and is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV mounted over the decorative fireplace. Just off the living area is a great outdoor sun-deck balcony that is a great place for catching the sunset. The dining table seats 6, perfect for family game nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig Coffee maker and is stocked with all essential cookware, ready to cook your favorite family meals.

The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and has a large flat-screen TV. The attached master bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and has a flat-screen TV. The shared guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. There are a washer and dryer for guest use. Just off the kitchen, are outdoor stairs that lead to the backyard space. There is a great stone fire pit with seating around it in the backyard. Cooking out is made easy with a gas grill located below the home.

The beach is accessible at the end of the street. This is public beach access with a boardwalk leading over the dunes to the expansive section of Tybee's mid-island beach. Bring your beach cruisers for a beach bike ride, or rent one while you are here. This area is a perfect place to take a ride or a walk on the shoreline. You will be about equal distance from the Lighthouse going north, and to the Pier going south, each is about a mile!
