Sea Esta

Sea Esta is located in the historic Fort Screven district on Tybee Island's north end just 100 yards from beach access. This section of the beach is on the quieter North Island section but is still a direct oceanfront with a wide beach area. You will also be just 1.5 blocks away from restaurants and shopping.

Enjoy the updated interior and the relaxing feel of Sea Esta. This is a three-level townhome, with the main living level on the top floor. The living area opens to a covered balcony with casual, relaxing furnishings. The open living and dining area has beautiful built-in cabinetry and a high vaulted ceiling. The living room includes a large flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The dining area seats 6, with 2 seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to take on your vacation meals. There is a half bath off the kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer.

The bedrooms are located on the second level of the home. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a Flat Screen TV, and an attached balcony - perfect for your morning coffee, reading a good book, or just enjoying the Tybee Breeze. The Master bathroom is attached and has a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a TV, and an attached bathroom that is also accessed through the hall.

On the ground level of the home, you will find the one car garage which offers an outdoor dining area where the back is screened and opens to the back patio. This is a great bonus area with seating and an outdoor grill and a propane fire pit. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off at the front prior to returning from the beach.

WIFI/Wireless Internet is available for guest use. Parking for 2 cars, one in the driveway and one in the garage. This home is Pet-Friendly, with an additional fee. The fireplace is decorative only.
