There is dining seating for 6, 4 at the table and 2 stools at the breakfast bar. The second floor has 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath in hall, sizeable furnished balcony off the master bedroom with an excellent water view. This is a very cute and comfortable home - nice inside and out. Lots of palm trees, furnished patio, and even a hammock in the yard! There's also a gas grill for cookouts!

Located in quiet North Beach neighborhood close to the Historic Tybee Lighthouse, Tybee Museum, restaurant dining at The North Beach Grill, and the Tybee Dog Parks. Beach access is located approximately 300 yards / 2 blocks from home. Additional beach access at the north beach parking lot about a 5-minute walk from the house. WIFI internet is available. Two (2) Twin Rollaway beds are located at home for flexible bedding options.

Pet-friendly for 1 small dog under 20 lbs for an additional fee. The yard is fully fenced—parking for up to 5 cars (3 in the garage, 2 in the driveway).
