The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie`s on the Beach and Spanky`s Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment. The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybee`s events like Pirate Fest, and fireworks show on July 3rd, Labor Day Weekend, and New Year`s Eve.

NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.
