Sandpiper 107 is located on the first floor of the back building of the Sandpiper Condos. Enjoy a partial side ocean view from the balcony looking down the lane. Put your toes in the sand just 20 yards away!

The condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a fully equipped kitchen and new flooring. The dining table seats 4 with an additional 4 seats at the large breakfast bar. The living area offers great seating along with a flat-screen TV with soundbar and balcony access. The small private balcony is furnished a table with 2 chairs and extra outdoor seating, which offers a glimpse of the ocean when looking down the lane.


The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers an attached bath with a soaking tub and separate shower and double vanity. The first guest bedroom features a King bed and a TV and the second guest bedroom features two Twin beds. There is a full bath with a shower/garden tub in the hall along with a full-sized washer and dryer.


The Sandpiper building includes elevator access to each floor. Wireless high-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use. This condo is pet-friendly for an additional fee. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 parking spaces in remote access gated lot with key entry oceanfront street entrance. NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons.
