The entrance to the home is on the second level. Enter the home from the beautiful front porch and enjoy the look and feel of a true Southern porch. The warm, inviting living area captivates with comfortable decor and high ceilings that add warmth and charm to this living space. The living room boasts a large flat-screen TV mounted over the decorative fireplace, for the best in-home entertainment experience. Just beyond the living room are the kitchen and dining areas. Enjoy amazing views of the bay, and watch the ships travel up the Savannah River while preparing your favorite meal, or sip a glass of wine on the deck just off the kitchen and watch the sunset beyond the marsh and the bay.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas range, dishwasher, large stainless refrigerator and all the amenities of home you could dream of in your own kitchen. The granite prep and breakfast bar is the perfect gathering place and includes 3 barstools. The large dining table has ample seating for 8 at the table. Take a break on the screened porch off the kitchen, and enjoy the fresh air and stunning views. Just beyond the kitchen is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is also accessed by the guest bedroom on this level. The bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and has a flat-screen TV.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the top (third) level of the home. The large master suite is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The large windows boast views of the Savannah River, and there is access to the top-level balcony from the bedroom. The large master bathroom has a unique whirlpool tub with a shower. Take a 'Time-Out' and enjoy the whirlpool tub with an astounding view of the Bay.

The two guest bedrooms on the third level are furnished with a King size bed and a Queen size bed, respectively, and each has a flat-screen TV. They both share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, located in the hallway.

Enjoy the various outdoor spaces at this home. There are two levels of balconies and two levels of decks with ocean views. The ground level of the home includes an outdoor covered patio with a gas grill and plenty of space to gather under the house in the double garage. Take a quick 3-minute stroll, about 200 yards to the private neighborhood beach access.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships travel the River. This home is pet-friendly, for an additional pet fee. Wifi is available. There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
