This home is great for family groups traveling together. The main living level of the home is on the second floor and has a large living area with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. There is also a separate dining area that seats up to 8. Enjoy coming together for meals or engaging in a fun, family game night. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The kitchen table has seating for 4. Just off the kitchen is an outdoor balcony, complete with a table for 4.

The main level has 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King bed and has a flat-screen TV and attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen size beds and has a flat-screen TV. There is also a half bathroom in this room. The ground level consists of the third bedroom, a King master suite with a separate bedroom with a flat-screen TV, attached bathroom and living space. This room is accessed either through the screened ground level porch or can be accessed from the upstairs living room via a spiral staircase. (These stairs are very narrow, please use caution). The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV and has a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The sitting area has a futon sofa and a large wall-mounted flat-screen tv and includes a mini-fridge.

Below the home is a covered screened porch, perfect for enjoying the Tybee breezes. There are rocking chairs, a table for 4 and a dartboard. Access the backyard from the upstairs balcony, and play a game of horseshoes or bean-bag-toss under the palms. This home is located on a quiet street with minimal traffic. Bring your bicycles, or rent them while you visit. Conveniently located, the main beach is about 5 blocks away, and you will be about 5 blocks from the Back River beach, for amazing sunsets and quiet strolls along the shoreline.

There are a washer and dryer and WiFi is included. This property is pet-friendly for an additional fee. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles.
