This home has plenty of space for families to spread out thanks to having 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, and 2 living areas. Great mid-island location, located just 2.5 blocks from Memorial Park which has two lighted tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, picnic areas, YMCA/gym, and a public library.


The second floor of Palmetto Breeze offers an open floor plan with a living area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen features a breakfast bar with seating for 4, a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The living area has a large flat-screen TV and ample seating and the dining area has a table seating 6. There is a wonderful L shaped wrap-around screened porch, perfect for enjoying the island breezes. The porch offers a table seating 6 and additional lounge seating. This floor also has two bedrooms and a full bathroom, each of the bedrooms feature King beds. There is also access to the back yard directly at this level.


The first floor (ground level) of the home also features an open floor plan with a large combined living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen. This second kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, double oven, separate stovetop, and dishwasher. The living area has ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, decorative fireplace, and includes two Twin day beds for additional sleeping. This floor also has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed while the other bedroom is furnished with two double beds. There is also a washer/dryer located on the ground floor.

The backyard features a concrete patio with a gas grill with seating perfect for catching some rays or enjoying a good book. There is also a large fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. This is a great home for large or extended families!


Off-street parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Wireless Internet is available for guest use. This home is not pet-friendly.
