Enter the home on the second floor, which greets you with a beautiful light-filled open floor plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. The large windows and skylights bring the sunlight indoors so you can enjoy the beachy feel no matter the weather. The living room boasts 2 plush sofas for comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy a home-cooked dinner at the dining table that seats 6 or grab a quick bite before heading to the beach at the breakfast bar that seats 6. The kitchen has been updated with all new Quartz countertops and is fully equipped and well-stocked, which is sure to please the cooks of the family. Tired of eating indoors? Enjoy your dinner and the fresh Tybee air on the furnished screened porch right off the living room.


The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom. The Master Bathroom features a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. The 2 guest bedrooms each have a Queen-size bed and flat-screen TVs. The third floor of the home offers 2 bedrooms and additional entertainment space. The third guest bedroom has 2 queen beds a TV. The fourth guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, a double-sized futon, and a TV. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This home features all new flooring throughout and is pet-friendly with room for the whole family, including your four-legged pals! With a fully fenced backyard, you can enjoy playing fetch with your pet, or just relaxing in the private pool. Looking for some shade?
