The ground level of this home features two garages and a large foyer and den with access to a privacy fenced yard and patio with a gas grill. The large den has ample seating and TV for viewing the game or movie night with the kids. The second floor of the home is the main living level. This floor features a large open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen has bar seating for three, and the dining table has ample room to seat eight comfortably. The huge, fully equipped galley kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Guests will enjoy relaxing in the living room, which opens to a balcony facing the backyard. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room.


The Master Suite is also on the second floor with a King bed, TV, private bath, and huge walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. The third floor has a study in the hallway loft plus three additional bedrooms. There is a second Master on this level, with a King bed, TV, and an attached private full bathroom. There is a guest room with Two Queen beds, Smart TV, and a private bath. Another guestroom with 2 Queen beds, Smart TV, and a room with two twin bunk beds that also has a Smart TV - and a hall bathroom to share. There are Four total balconies at this home from which to enjoy the coastal breezes and fresh Tybee air! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Lazy Dayz is a great place to spread out with the family and relax near the beach!


WIFI is available for guest use. This home is just a short block away from the nearest beach access. Guests will enjoy being just a quick walk to Memorial Park, the Tybee Island Library, Tybee YMCA, restaurants, shopping, and more. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee.
