Outside the home, guests will love the beautiful, large swimming pool - 9 feet wide by 26 feet long (3 1/2 to 4 1/2 ft depth) - which is surrounded by a lush garden, and private off-street parking for 2 vehicles. The yard is fully fenced, giving you a sense of seclusion and privacy and includes a gas grill for cooking out. There is a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The home is located across the street from Jaycee Park with walking/biking path and playground. 

This vacation rental is pet-friendly for one adult dog under 25 pounds, with an additional fee. Parking for 1 car in front of the home, and 1 car behind home (compact only).
