The bedrooms are all on one side of the home with the Master bedroom to the rear. It is furnished with a King-size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower combination. Two guest bedrooms have Queen size beds and each has flat-screen TVs, and the third guest bedroom is furnished with 2 Twin beds and has a flat-screen TV. The three guest bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combination.

The large backyard is fully fenced in, perfect for families traveling with pets and includes an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Bring the party outside in the evening for a cookout on the charcoal grill and light a toasty fire in the outdoor terra cotta chiminea in cooler months, and take in the sunset over the marsh each night. The covered porch has twinkle lights for enjoying evenings. Sit on the private dock to just enjoy the breeze, or bring your own bait and tackle and drop a line in the creek.

Located on a quiet residential street, with the nearest beach access being about a half-mile away, or about an 11-minute walk. Horsepen Creek is home to many species of native birds that call Tybee home. Bring your bikes, or rent some while you are here. Don't miss Tybee's Memorial Park or the Tybee Lighthouse. This home is pet-friendly for an additional fee. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles. Wifi is available.
