Egrets' Landing is a beautifully furnished private 3 bedroom 2.5 baths pet-friendly marsh view home situated on a secluded street on Tybee's North End. The home looks out onto a lovely marsh, this is the perfect spot for relaxing and taking in the views of egrets, marsh grass, and tall trees. The house is a short walk to Tybee’s art district where you will find boutiques, galleries, a coffee shop, and local restaurants. Two local hot spots for family dining are here as well – Huc-a-Poo’s and Gerald’s BBQ. North Beach is about a 10-minute walk or a quick ride on your bike.
The main floor has an open living, dining, and kitchen floorplan. Including a fully stocked kitchen, ample seating in the living room including a sleeper sofa, large flat-screen TV over the decorative fireplace, a dining table with seating for 6 and an additional 3 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and plenty of cooking ware. There is a half bath located on this floor as well. Just off the living area, there is a large screened-in deck with ample seating to enjoy a great meal or cup of coffee while taking in the views. Just off the kitchen is another deck furnished with a picnic table and gas grill, perfect for cookouts!
Located on the top floor of the home is the Master bedroom which has a King bed, a large flat-screen TV and a Keurig for morning coffee and a private balcony. The ensuite features a walk-in shower and double vanity. The 1st guest bedroom has a King bed and flat-screen TV. The 2nd guest bedroom features 2 Double beds and a flat-screen TV. Both guest rooms have access to the Jack and Jill bathroom which connects both rooms.
At this home, you can sit on the screened porch enjoying the beautiful marsh views, quietly sip your morning coffee from the Master bedroom's private balcony, or relax after a day at the beach in the homes private hot tub.
