Centrally located on the island, with its gardens, large trees, and landscaping, this home is a quiet nature retreat. It is a 10-15 minute walk down one residential street to the beach. The gardens start at the street with large mature trees, tables, and benches to greet your friends for coffee in the mornings. There is a lighted parking area for up to 4 cars directly in front of the house for easy access. The front entry opens to that comfortably furnished living room. The living room offers a flat-screen TV with built-in Surround Sound. Off the living room is a guest bedroom, including a bunk bed with a fold-down double futon on bottom and a twin on top. There is a full bath with a walk-in shower attached to this bedroom with a full-sized washer and dryer.
The kitchen is updated with granite counters, stainless appliances, dining table for 8, island seating for 3, and a breakfast table for 4. Behind the kitchen is another large living space that offers a 50-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound, comfortable lounge seating, queen sleeper sofa, and a wall of windows looking out on the screened-in porch and courtyard. Off of this room is the true master bedroom of the home, offering a king bed, seating, TV, ceiling fan, beautiful views of the courtyard and an attached bath, which is also accessible from the hall.
Down the hall from the main entry, you will find two guest bedrooms, both furnished with queen beds and another full kitchen and bath. There is an additional king master suite including a door out to a hidden deck with swing and gated access to the courtyard.
