New Furnishing Updates for 2019! The Colony 222 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with over 1,000 square feet of space and is located in the 'Vue' Building at the popular Beachside Colony resort. Enjoy the beach and pools and onsite restaurant overlooking the ocean. This property is currently undergoing interior updates, and new photos will be added soon.
This condo features an open plan living space. The living, dining and kitchen area offers a space to relax and unwind after a fun-filled day at the beach. The living area includes a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a nice table for 4, and there are 3 barstools situated at the kitchen bar counter. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker.
The larger master bedroom features a King size bed, TV, and attached master bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second, smaller master bedroom features a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. This room also has its own attached bath. While there is no private outdoor space or ocean view included at this condo, guests will enjoy all of the benefits of staying at Beachside Colony including two pools and kiddie pool, on-site restaurant, and easy beach access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
Guests staying at the Colony 222 located in The Vue building at Beachside Colony Resort will have 2 (unreserved) parking spaces and will receive parking passes to display in their vehicles upon check-in. The buildings are equipped with elevators. This property is pet-friendly for an additional fee and offers complimentary WIFI for guests.
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
