Just off the living area, are french doors that lead to the large covered deck with outdoor lounges and cushioned seating, that overlooks the quaint cottages that line Jones Avenue.
The custom-crafted kitchen features beautiful stone countertops and all stainless appliances and includes a dual coffee/Keurig brewer, an espresso machine, dishwasher, toaster oven, and a toaster and a built-in microwave. The beautiful granite breakfast bar is perfect for gathering while cooking a gourmet delight, or enjoying a glass of wine with friends. The large dining table seats up to 8, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. A half bathroom is located in the hallway. Large windows, tall ceilings, and a neutral color palette have created a warm and inviting atmosphere that transcends from room to room.
The first Master Suite is located on this main living level, furnished with a King size bed and flat-screen TV, and has a beautiful en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a large soaking tub. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor of the home. The second Master Suite is furnished with a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large private en suite bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower. This room has french doors that lead to the large covered balcony, that sits above the main floor balcony. From here, get a birds-eye view of the treetops of the surrounding homes and cottages.
The third Master Suite also has a King size bed, and a flat-screen TV, and has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a Twin Bed (new photos coming soon). There is also a bonus room that is furnished with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and also has a flat-screen TV. This space can be used as an entertainment area or a flexible sleeping option for guests. This bonus room shares a common full bathroom and a walk-in shower with the fourth bedroom.
This home is pet-friendly, for an additional fee. The backyard is fully fenced to accommodate your four-legged family members. You will love the whimsical details in the custom-designed fence surrounding the pool. There is a gas grill for guest use and a fire-pit for evening gatherings. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Guests may choose to add pool heat to their reservation for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of reservation. (Pool heat un-available in December through February).
