Located on the second floor, there is an elevator from the covered private parking garage. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is tastefully decorated. The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa and loveseat and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker to brew a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast bar with seating for 3 - making it a perfect space to start your day. The adjacent dining room is bright and has a dining table for 4 with access to the balcony. Enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset cocktails at the outdoor dining table for 4.
The Master bedroom has a King Size bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and TV.
