Broadwater Villa's main floor welcomes you into an enormous great room flooded with natural light pouring in from the floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the ocean. The large sliding glass doors open the living space to the furnished screened porch with a grand sun deck beyond. It is always happy hour at Broadwater Villa as the home includes a built-in bar featuring a mini-fridge and ice maker. Dine in style at the large dining table that seats ten people. An additional table will seat an extra four people, perfect for game night. The cooks in the family will enjoy the new appliances and granite countertops in the gorgeously renovated kitchen. Off of the dining area are two guest bedrooms and bathrooms. The first room has a Queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two double beds.

The top floor has a stunning master suite with floor to ceiling windows boasting one of a kind ocean views. Furnished with a king bed, sitting area, single day bed with trundle, huge master bathroom, and private furnished balcony, you're sure to wake with a smile. The other top floor guest room has a king and twin bed and a private bathroom.


Rinse off the sand after a day at the beach in one of the two shower rooms located in the garage. This home also includes a ground-level apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment has a full kitchen, living room, queen bedroom and bathroom.


Parking for five vehicles (driveway and garage). This home has High-Speed Internet/WIFI available for guest use. The fireplace in the great room is decorative only.
