Brass Rail 317 offers guests a premium vacation experience with updated furnishings and decor, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless KitchenAid appliances and track lighting in the kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and dimmable lighting throughout. Enjoy preparing meals in your spacious, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen that opens to the living area. There a dining room table that seats 6 and at the cozy breakfast bar that seats 3. Located right off the living area is your nicely furnished balcony, which looks out into a grove of trees, adding an extra sense of privacy and relaxation along with a view of the pool. The balcony is accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom and is furnished with a table seating 4, rocking chairs to relax in after a full day of fun and an electric grill.

The spacious master suite has a King-sized bed with balcony access and an attached master bath with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. One guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed. The second guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Another full bath is located conveniently between the guest bedrooms with an additional half bath down the hallway. The Queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides an additional sleeping option. Entertainment centers in each bedroom and the living room features a flat-screen TV, BluRay player and easily accessible HDMI ports to hook up your own devices. Play your music through the Bluetooth capable sound bar in the living room.

Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator.

NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and over-sized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
