Brass Rail 208 is a second floor, corner unit and features a private patio with a covered seating area. The patio is nicely furnished and has access to the living room and the Master Suite. The living room has 2 Queen sleeper sofas and is open to the dining area with seating for 8 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4.  The master suite has a queen bed, TV, and access to the balcony. The attached bath has a separate Master Bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. The two guest bedrooms share a second full bath. The first guest room has a double bed, and the second had a Queen bed and a twin bed. There is a guest powder room adjacent to the living area as well. 

Private, secured parking for 2 vehicles below the building. This condo has gated entry and an elevator for guest use.<br />

NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
