Located only a short 2 blocks to the main beach in great south end location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier and more! There is a furnished screened porch with dining and outdoor seating and a gas grill. Located in the backyard is an in-ground pool (17ft by 10ft) perfect for families. Enjoy relaxing in your private pool during those hot Summer days or ask about adding on optional pool heat in the Spring/Fall.<br /><br />
Complimentary WIFI Internet access. This property is pet-friendly for an additional fee. Parking for 3. (Optional pool heat not available in January/February).<br /><br />
