The open plan condo features a comfortable living area that is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. This condo features all new wood floors, an apartment-style kitchen with stovetop and oven, and a microwave oven. The bathroom has been updated and features a stone tile walk-in shower with a soothing Rainshower showerhead. The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, a flat-screen Smart TV and a cable box.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14x20 pool and 10x10 kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, and community coin operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building (there is no washer/dryer inside this condo).
