It is fully equipped including dishwasher, full-size washer and dryer, and bar seating for 4. The dining area has a table that seats 4. There are ceramic tile floors throughout living areas and baths and laminate wood flooring in both bedrooms.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, 40" flat-screen TV, and access to the adjoining outdoor balcony with views of the bay. The ensuite master bathroom has been completely renovated with a custom tile walk-in shower and double marble vanities. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and daybed. This condo will sleep up to 7 comfortably.
Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). This condo is not pet-friendly. The property includes 2 covered parking spaces. Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.

There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves, a perfect spot to watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port.
