Atlantic Ocean 11 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom pet-friendly townhome located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes easy access to three community pools, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the Tybee Library, and the YMCA. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several more popular restaurants.
The ground level includes a 2 car garage, entry foyer, and a ground-level patio and a walking exit to the beach. This three-story townhome features a residential private elevator for guest use. The main foyer stairway leads to the 2nd floor which is the main level of the townhome. Upstairs, guests are welcomed to a beautiful open floor plan with tile floors and direct Ocean Views. Watch the sunrise from the living area which includes a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD, furnished balcony with stunning views of the seashore. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. This level also has a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom in the hall.
On the top floor are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached private bath. This room features private access to a covered balcony with patio seating and stunning ocean views. The third-floor guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, and an attached full guest bathroom. This level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The ground level attached garage has parking space for 2 standard size vehicles. A third parking space that can accommodate an over-sized vehicle is located in the gated parking area adjacent to the townhomes. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee.
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

As you come over the bridge onto Tybee Island you will see the big “Welcome to Tybee” sign on the right-hand side. Our local office is located 1.5 miles up the road. Be sure to wave and say “HI” as you pass us! HWY 80 turns into Butler Ave. at the big curve, 3/4-mile approx. from our office. The condos are just after the curve, past the DeSoto Hotel, on the left at the Beachside Colony. Turn left at 3rd Street and the gated entrance will be the second gate on your right. The code for the gate is: #3640. You are #11 which is the second to last town home on your left. Parking is in the garage (can fit up to 2 standard sized vehicles) or in the parking lot (there is one assigned space for unit 11). ***The office that is located onsite of Beachside Colony is NOT an extension of Tybee Vacation Rentals. That is a separate rental company. Should you need any assistance please be sure to contact TVR directly.
