At Whitt's End is a lovely 3 Bedroom, 3 baths beachfront home that is located in Shipwatch Dunes on Tybee's quiet North Beach. Enjoy beautiful views of the water, sunsets, ships, and shrimp boats from the decks. The home is located only a short distance from the Tybee Lighthouse and within walking distance to several shops and dining options. The main level features beautiful hardwood floors, living area and den, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and full bath.


The beautiful living area has comfortable seating, a decorative fireplace, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray player. Accessible from both the living area and den is the large partially screened deck with outdoor seating, dining space, and great views of the water. The den is a great alternative lounge space that also offers comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa and a 48-inch flat-screen TV. This room can be made private by closing the barn-door so guests who choose to use the sleeper sofa can have a private room.


The top level of the home features a master bedroom with a King bed, a private full bathroom, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, views of the beach from your bed, and access to a private balcony. The first guest bedroom features a King bed, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, and a private balcony with ocean views and access to a shared jack and jill bathroom. The 2nd guest bedroom features a Queen bed, 32-inch flat-screen TV and access to the shared bathroom.


Located in the garage area, on the ground level, is a ping-pong table - for hours of family fun. Additional amenities include WIFI, desk/workstation, Gas Grill, and a fully enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a trip to the beach. All TVs are smart TVs and can stream Netflix and Amazon Video (just log in with your account). Off-Street Parking for 4 vehicles, with 2 covered parking spaces in the garage. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee.


About Tybee Island's North Beach: The North end beach of Tybee Island is quiet and family-friendly and is on the Bay (not oceanfront) where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port. Please note: This home is located about 1/2 of a block from beach access, which is at the intersection of Shipwatch Lane and Polk Street, or you can choose to walk the path from the house directly to the beach through the dune area which is about 150 yards.
